the simple way is for them to get their own POTS lines, and for you to set up your switch so they use them for all outgoing calls.
The complex way is to get SIP trunks, and they can get their own numbers delivered inbound and outbound on those lines, and you set them up to use that SIP trunk group.
You probably can't do it on a PRI, unless they port their numbers to your PRI, and even then, their name will not show up, only their numbers.
