Has anyone seen or know how to make a listbox with more than one checkbox per record?

Everything was fine until my boss wanted two columns of checkboxes.

Thanks.

can you explain more on what you are trying to acheive ?

Sorry people,

Imagine a listbox or something where the user can select a box for material cost, a box for labour, or both.

I'm trying to make an estimate program where a user selects components ie Plywood, R20 Insulation, from a standard items list. Each item will have a separate cost for materials and one for labour. Depending on the job, only materials may be required and no labour.

I could do this but put checkboxes on a worksheet directly but this a pain. I'd rather make a user form with a list component of some type.

What you want are dependent lists. For instance, I may have a list of fruit that have a grouping by color. So if I select RED in one listbox, the NEXT LISTBOX will only list the RED fruit.

It sounds like what you need is a sub-from that is connected to a table that contains all the selectable items in it. The table structure would have a field for a description of the line item, and then have 2 checkbox fields for each of the selectable items. Shown as continuous records, the sub-form can be made to look like a listbox (scroll bar and all).
