Multiple Call Handling On Request

(Definity G3Si) We have a sales agency that wants to be able to make outbound calls and receive queue calls at the same time. We have set it up so they can put their current call on hold and hit the "manual-in" button, but they want the phone to ring. We can do this with forced multiple call handling, but only certain people want it. We tried adding a bridged appearance that way if they want to take calls they could be “man’ed in”. It looked like it worked, but all of a sudden it stopped. Does anyone know if this is even possible?

What I would do is for the people who want to have the phone ring make another split/skill and have that set up with ONE-FORCED, then have incoming calls queue in the original and the new split/skill.

Then change the split/skill number for the people that want the phone to ring.
