I solved this problem (for now at least) but not sure what caused it, perhaps somebody had an idea.
User was unable to sync connected mailbox with Exchange. Outlook complained that 'there is not enough memory or resources available on the server'. Weird, no-one else having a problem of course. Opened mailbox from another machine and got same problem.
When I looked at folder list she had 5 calendars, 2 junk mails, 4 contacts, 5 sent items and multiple sent items under deleted items. e.g. there was a sent items folder within the sent items folder within the sent items folder.
Was able to delete all but the sent items with Outlook. Whenever I deleted the bottom folder of the sent items chain it would create another top level sent items folder under deleted items and add subsequent deletes to that. Aargh.
So I then used MDBVU32 to delete those and mailbox started working again.
Anyone know what could have caused this?
Thanks
Neill
