Hello All

I have an unusual issue. When a user attaches a Word document and opens it up before sending, it will send two copies of that attachment in the same email.
Any ideas?

Outlook 2000
Exchange 5.5

Sorry that's Exchange 2003 not 5.5 (the user is off site so I'm getting bits and pieces of info) Thanks!
