Does anyone know if there is a way to block outgoing mail if it has more than x attachments ?

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Not possible as far as I ever saw, sorry. If the answer is here, mark it, others can benefit from it too. If 'something' 'somewhere' gives 'some' error, excpect random guesses or no replies at all. Please specify details.
