how can create a multipage works ?

In the document set up, type in a value equal to your page layout, ie. 17x22 for a 4up 8.5x11 and check the box that says "Tile full pages" and make sure page tiling is on from the view menu. It will act like one large doc but the page tiles will show the page divisions for when you actually print.

I have also heard about, but never used, a plugin from a company called hot door. It's expensive but gives true multi page capacity.
