Hi all,

I just wondered if there was any way that I could produce a multiple report ( i.e. one which covers many individual standard access reports) under one cover for e-mailing to different regional offices. (not sure if I made that one clear).

Essentially, I have an MIS which imports syndicated research data for the industry. The MIS can show different graphs relating to market share, product/region growth etc etc.. Now I would like to produce a single output report which I can e-mail to regional offices (ie snapshot), rather than e-mailing lots of individual reports, each one containing 1 or 2 graphs?

I don't think this is possible but would appreciate a steer if anyone can help.

Many thanks

You can create a single unbound report with many reports as subreports. You may have issues since subreports do not have page events or sections. To replace the page headers, you can create a new primary level of sorting and grouping set to the expression:
=1
Display the =1 Group Header and then set the Repeat Section to Yes for this group header. Use this as the page header.
