can i configure win xp to be multiple pc

1 cpu with
4 keyboards
4 mouses
4 monitors
4 soundcards

this will make as different workstation

station 1 = using yahoo messenger
station 2 = using word program
station 3 = using internet explorer
station 4 = using excel program

is this possible
 
In a word. No.
However if you give more details on why you want to do this, people may come up with an alternative solution. However, it won't be cheap.

there is a version for linux the desktop multiplier how about for windows is there a software too
 
Linux is multi-user, Windows really isn't. What limited multi-user capability XP could have has been gutted by MS.

In theory you could do most of what you want using a Terminal Server setup, but the cost involved would be higher than buying four low end systems and networking them.

If you want to do it all in one box unix may be preferable, but the 3 terminals would have to have their own sound capability; I am intrigued by that requirement.

That site is selling custom software to do this with. It's not something windows can do on it's own.
