The default that VMPro uses is to match the System locale set in the IP Office configuration.
For individual users you can overrride this by setting their User locale to something different.
Alternatively, via the VMPro client you can setup custom callflows for that user that include "Select System Prompt Language" actions. For exampel so that callers are prompted to leave messages by English prompts but the user gets French prompt when they collect the messages.
Obvious caveat is that the required language prompts need to have been installed.
