Hello,

I have a W2K machine with two NICS. Both are on different networks...10.10.x.x and 192.168.x.x. Both are also DHCP. When the machine boots up, the 10.10 network responds faster, causing the machine to use those network settings when in fact the domain I need to log into is the 192.168.

So when this happens, I try to log in and I get the domain controller cannot be found. If I plug in the 192.168 first and boot up then plug in the 10.10, everything works fine.

Besides trying a static address for the 192.168 network or doing the above mentioned fix....does anyone else have any suggestions on how to get the 192.168 to use before the 10.10?
Thanks

If they are on seperate networks why the hell can they both give out DHCP addresses on both networks. You are asking for trouble with that. Stop the router or what ever that links the 2 networks together from forwarding BOOTP Requests
