Hi,
Are are looking at Partitioning our Option 81 to have multiple customers. My company will retain customer 0, a management company will control customer 1, with the ability to set up multi tenants on customer 1,as more than one business move into this customer group.
I have a few questions ?
1. Can I assume that when the customers are set up, certain TN's are assigned to that customer as well as the trunks etc ? So that the cust 1 can only do moves & changes & add on's within the TN ranges pre allocated to this customer.
2. If we want to share a receptionist with only one M2250 console, if the console is setup on Customer one, the only way to answer calls from customer 1 is to have a back to back private cct on the pbx that routes all calls to the cust 0 console. The console can then route calls back down the cct to extns on cust 1 ?
