Multi Conferencing

Hi,

I've been asked by our communications to see if its possible to setup a conference for our management. Basically they want a number setup that everyone can dial into and then hear the Chairman giving a speech. They would like the option for the speech to be live or recorded. What is the best way to do this?

We have Communication Manager 3.1 and also have Modular Messaging. Any helpwould be appreciated.

you can setup meet-me conferences for up to 6 people.
if you need more than that, then you would need to get the expanded meet-me conferences..
setup a meet-me vector, vdn, and a did to goto it..
We don't use it, but I set one up, just to say I did,, lol,, here is a post of the vector, etc..

sorry.. for a recorded speach,, you could just have an announcement for that,, and a vector to put a call in queue hearing the announcement, hold for x minutes while announcment plays, then disconnect..
