Hi all,
I have been putting together a report using the multicolumn format and having a problem with keeping the columns to stay. the report consists of users activity year to date grouped by region, user; the detail consists of a description of activity,Q1,Q2,Q3,Q4 and Total, per user, per page. the detail section has been broken down to three additional detail sections with a subset of the descriptions based on the type of activity. my problem:
the left column of the multicolumn report should only show one subset(20 items) of detail , the right column should show two subsets(one of 8,one of 4). This works fine. but, every so often the descriptions jump across columns and even across users, making the layout very confusing.
The number of descriptions will always be 32 items and I have tried tweaking the sections to keep the groups intact.Any Ideas??
