Mulit-selecting from Grids in ASP.NET ?

Are there any ways (or components) that we can use to allow multi-selection from a data grid in ASP.NET ?
Any help would be appreciated.

I would use a check box to allow users to select different rows in the grid. SImiliar to Yahoo mail.
