MSWord Documents stored in the SQL Server 2000 Database Datafield

I would like to store many many Word documents in SQL Server 2000 database (in one column), keeping its format and bookmark intact. (The bookmark property and program can still functioning after retrieving it from the database). The original documents can be removed.
How can I do it step by step?
Thank in advance for your help!!!
