I have an email that is saved as a WORD document. When MSWORD 2003 tries to open the document I receive an error "not a single file page". I discovered that if I delete the email header line "MIME-Version: 1.0" MSWORD 2003 opens the document with no problem. I have many documents on a shared drive that has email header information in the document. I'm not sure if I need to manually removed this line from these documents, OR is there a setting in MSWORD that I need to change to allow MSWORD 2003 to read "MIME-version: 1.0".
