MSTR errors -- urgent help needed

Hi
Can anyone suggest possible solutions as well as the reasons for the following MSTR errors?

1)"Unexpected error in SetCOMStatus:MSIMessageUnpacker::Create Failed" --when trying to select values in a prompt

2)"FindBBT:Cannot find associated table for a fact in FactGroup TableGroup Assoc" --while trying to run a report

3)"Fact group does not exist at a common level that can support the requested analysis"

One of the facts on your report doesn't have a fact entry level compatible with all of the attributes on the report.

Check the fact entry level on your facts and compare it to the attributes you have on your report template and filter.
