MSSQL<->MySQL Coverting / Importing / Exporting

How can I export my MS SQL DB and import it into MySQL and Vice Versa, I need to set up and export import system only our inhouse DB is MS SQL and our web host uses MySQL

how do I go about transferring the data between each system?

You will want to use DTS to do this.
