Hi
We have a problem with MS query on an Oracle database which has worked for a number of years in Office 98 and now fails in XP.
The situation is we have a manager who has a workbook with a large number of sheets each with a query on an Oracle database. Each of these extracts is refreshed daily and then used to create a summary rport and charts. Since upgrading to ExcelXP the "Refresh Data" option on some of the sheets is greyed out. There are about 30 to 40 sheets and the problem appears random, and will re-affect a sheet even after re-creating the query.
As this spreadsheet is important as a report and complex to re-developed we would like to solve the problem.
ANy ideas and suggestions would be most welcome.
Sandy
