MSO.DLL problem

After starting up my Windows 2000 system, I am getting the following message:

The application or DLL C:\program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared|office10|mso.dll is not a valid Windows Image. Please check this against you installation disk.

Does anyone have any suggestion how I resolve this issues ? Thanks in advance
