MSN Messenger LogsOut

Hello.
I have a DSL Internet Connection, High Speed, In the server I have the sygate Home Network, in order to share the internet connection, and a firewall, Zone Alarm Pro 3.5. I have two problems with the messenger. I cannot perform the voice and video issues from any computer, server and clients.
And in the CLIENTS computer, the messenger logs out after 4 or 5 minutes.

Have you had any joy with the above problem? I am getting some people reporting that messenger logs users out automatically. All users have XP Pro and using the latest version of Messenger. It is a intermittent problem. It hasnt happened at all today but on some days it happens very regularly.

Any ideas????
