MSN Messenger in Outlook Express 1

I upgraded my Outlook Express 5.5 to 6.0 and the MSN Messenger was in it but now that I have upgraded it is
no longer there. I have a new computer system now but when
I upgraded it before on my other one it was there so I
can not figure out if I did something wrong or unchecked
something. The hotmail option does not even show up now in
tools, options or account like it did before. It will not
let me put my contacts as online contacts like it would before either. It tells me how in outloook express help but the options to do it is not there. Does anyone know how I can fix this? I really liked having my MSN messenger showing in my Outlook Express. Thanks!

You should be able to just do View Menu --> Layout and check the contacts check box to bring them all back in!
