MSN Messenger Connection Problem

My problem is I am running a small LAN here in my office. Everybody gets
connected to MSN through the Proxy server (NT 4.0 and Wingate 4.0) except
for one person who is using Windows 95.
I have tried to reinstall MSN nearly dozen times even by getting a fresh
copy of MSN, have reinstalled TCP/IP but in vain. He does browse well and
there is no problem in browsing. At the wingate, I can his

but
there is no session of SOCKS while for others wingate shows

http://www as

well as
SOCKS sessions.
