MSN HTTP email and POP3 email in outlook express

I am trying to add a POP3 email account to Outlook Express. OE is already configured with an MSN http email account. The POP3 email gets intercepted by the MSN email and shows up in the web browser MSN inbox.

How can that be? Can they both reside there simultaneously?

What happens if I remove the MSN account from OE?
