MSN Away Messege

If you have MSN messenger you know it wont autoreply with a text messege.

I want to make my own, all i need to know is how to make it so when someone messeges me, the program detects it, and actually sends the messege.

I can maike everything else lol (what the messege is, and crap like that)

Im also going to make a sort of a bot program for one of my friends and that info would also help me with that.
