msjter32.dll not loaded

i am using authorware 5 to develop a courseware.
There is no problem running it on the computer i am using to develop the courseware. When the program is ran on network pc, there is a problem "Unable to load msjter32.dll"
when trying to login. I think the dll file is used by MS Access but MS Office is not installed on the local drive but is running from the network. Is there any way to load the dll file without installing MS Office on the local drive.
