My pc always have Msgsrv32, what is the problem and how to fix?

it might be your palm software or port.

theres a known bug in windows 95 and 98 for 95 theres a newer version of the file, and for 98 there are a few fix's on the micosoft site.
This link has some good info on Msgsrv32 errors
