We are getting a MSCRMExRouterService error in our event logs.

As per KB article #908390, it says we need to make sure the Exchange server is a member of the PrivUser group in the AD service. What's odd is that we don;t even have a PrivUser group at all.

Suggestions?

You get this fixed?

I know that we had issues with the service and it was dependant on the user that 1) we installed it under & 2) the user that was running the service. Seems to me that we needed to make sure that the user was a admin - we uninstaleld & reinstalled the router and VOILA - it worked. Very odd since the account had most rights that we thought appropriate.

OK I just added the user was an admin, uninstalled the router, and reinstalled it. I'll report back any issues if I see them. In the meantime, we still don;t see any PrivUser security group.

Thoughts?
