msconfig under w2k

I know that msconfig doesnt come with 2k, but I have a user who has installed it on one of our clients...

Does it work, and is it safe to use, and if it does work, why doesnt w2k include it, or an equivelant...

Any issues with using it under w2k...

MSCONFIG can be used on Windows 2000 safely ,, In WindowsXP you will find it again ,, which means that it wasn't be removed from windows 2000 because it's bad !
