Go to run command and type regedit.
Now expand HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, then expand SOFTWARE, then expand MICROSOFT, then expand WINDOWS, Then expand CURRENTVERSION, and click on the RUN folder. ADD a new String value and call it ScanRegistry (just like I typed it.) and add its path as c:\windows\scanregw.exe /autorun
Thats all you need to do. I am sure there is an easier way but this one works.
