msclient not installed

i have been through two installs of win2k sp2 and am trying to connect the workstation to an existing network.

The network addresses can be put into the tcp/ip properties but there is no recognition of the network.

thanks for any help

Check the workgroup that computer is connecting to. Or are you trying to join a domain? Hewissa
