mschart legend position locking in place

Hello all
I am working on a project that uses MSCHART, although I have not been responsible for this portion of the project and have little knowledge of the MSChart control. With that said we do have a problem with the layout of the chart as it appears on the form. When the chart is displayed on the form, the pie chart and the legend will line up well but if the user resizes the form to make it smaller the legend will shift to the left and sit on top of the pie chart. Is there a way to lock the legend it place so that no matter how small or large the form is it will sit in the same place relative to the pie chart?
