Most peculiar.

I can open ACC97 databases on local and shared directories except for one shared directory. When I attempt to open any database on this shared directory, I get "MSACCESS caused a stack fault in module KERNEL32.DLL". This only occur when I attempt to open a database by going directly to the drive, by clicking a shortcut that points to a database on the drive.

HOWEVER, if I open Access first, THEN open the database, it opens with no problem.

Your assistance would be most appreciated.
