I am designing our company's web page in MS Word (I know, I know). My boss wants a background color AND a "watermark" of our company logo. The logo is a .bmp file. I edited it in Roxio Easy Media Creator/Edit and Fix Photos to be 80% transparent.

I can't get the picture to appear. Any suggestions? Is the background color lying "on top" of the picture?

Thanks

If you can see the background color, but not the image, then yes, it is 'on top".

And good luck, I gave up on Word as any sort of web page....well anything. I notice your (I know, I know); what can I say? Except Word is a very good word processor, but it is not a good graphics designer. Web pages are graphical, mostly. Word is poor at this. Microsoft would like to think it is a web page editor, but they are wrong, wrong, wrong.

Convince your boss to get a real horse.
