MS Word shuts down sporatically

Has anyone ever had MS Word shut down on them for no particular reason. It happens on a regular basis. It will just close all through out the day.

I have had all MS Office products shut down on me at one time or another, but it is a rare occurence.

Have you checked your computer for virus's lately?

I have, I actually formatted and reinstalled all software.
