Ms Word problem under Windows NT4

Hi,
I'm using Ms Word 2000 under a Windows NT4 system. When I type wrong words the Auto Spell doesn't check my words. I mean it don't put underline under the wrong words, but when somebody send a word file as attachment I can see the underlines and it's checking for wrong spelling. What can I do ?

Check the following:

Tools Options Spelling and ensure that the Check as I type option is checked

Run the spell checker and when it is finished check the message. Does it say something like Spelling complete except for text marked No Proofing

If so check the Tools Language setting to ensure that you have not set the whole document to No Proofing Neil Berryman
