MS Word Macro to Find highlighted text 1

I'm trying to create a macro that can find highlighted text in a document, copy and paste it into another document. I don't know how to search for highlighted text with the FIND function. I assume it is similar to a bookmark so that finding it would select the highlighted text, at which point I would only have to add the copy and paste commands. Does anyone know how to do that?? Thanks in advance for any helpful suggestions.

First, as this is a macro question, it really should be posted in the VBA forum.

Second, this is not difficult, but you need to state your requirements in more detail. Oh, and highlighted text is not like a bookmark.

1. Do you want to copy/paste ALL highlighted text?
2. Do you want to be able to pause and decide for each found highlight? Or do you want it to be fully automatic?
3. Is is only words that will be highlighted? Or can it be chunks of words?
4. Is the highlight all one colour, or can it different colours?

Again, this is not very difficult at all, but please post in the VBA forum. Thanks.

Thanks, I moved it over to VBA, but don't know how to kill this one. So I guess I'll just leave it here and let it run its course. (unless that isn't appropriate, in which case I suppose someone will let me know. I'm new this site, so please forgive the unintentional mistakes.)
