MS Word: How Not to print Highlighting

Morning,

I am doing a mail merge and the user would like to see all the inserted fields,however when the doocument prints how do I suppress the highlighting?

Hi,
If you have "Always" selected as the Field Shading option on the Tools/Options/View dialog box, it will look shaded on the screen, but as you can see from Print Preview, it won't print shaded.
