I have a user in our HR dept. that prepares documents in WORD. She uses word art to insert into her documents. But for some reason out of nowhere just today when she selects a particular design in word art text does not print out. Also when you go to the Print preview screen it does not appear there as well, its just gone. What can i do to make the word art appear? i have tried saving the document first and then print it out but when it prints its not on the paper.
the only thing that has changed on her PC in the last couple of days is that the latest windows critical update was run. But i do not see how that can affect the application.
