MS Word 2002 Letter Wizard Lockuo

I have an issue with MS Word 2002 SP-2 Letter Wizard. When I go to Tools|Letters and Mailings|Letter Wizard, MS Word locks up. The wizard does not display at all and I have to end task on MS word.

So far, I have re-created the normal.dot and re-installed office on the PC but this has had no effect.

Any ideas?

Hi,
Try accessing this feature in the following way to see if it still locks up:

File menu/New
Select "On my computer" from Task Pane
Click on "Letters and faxes" tab
Select "Letter Wizard"
