We use forms and autotext frequently.
One thing I've noticed is that certain forms will lock word up after anywhere from 1 to 30 manipulations of the document.
The user copies and pastes information from a database to the word document, then replaces text with autotext.
I suspect it's a buggy clip board and that the only solution. This seems to be common among all ms office apps too.
The more you cut/copy/paste the old clipboard fills up and pukes.
