MS windows Live Movie Maker credits timing 1

Is there a way to make the credits scroll slow enough to read them in Ms Windows Live Movie maker Please. It does not seem to do this if you place a time limit on the frames at all. The credits roll through to fast to read

Are the Credits displayed on the "Timeline" and can you increase the area occupied in the Timeline to increase the display time?

This article is about Movie Maker but I imagine there will be some similarities with the "Live" version.
