MS Software Update Services and IIS

Obviously you have to install IIS to have SUS on your server...any special precautions i need to take to ensure security after installing IIS and SUS.

SUS runs an IIS security lockdown tool (I forget the name, it's in the SUS documentation) when it is installed. I made sure my W2K server was fully patched before installing SUS, and I've had no problems.

You can consider using a dedicated server for SUS if you do not want to install IIS on a specific server.
