ms small business server 4.5 and service packs

Can anybody tell me if MS Small Business Server 4.5 uses the same service packs as Standard NT 4.0. In other words, can I install SP6 on SBS 4.5. I have a problem where IIS services keep stopping, but I cannot locate any existance of the Code Red virus.

yes you can use the same service pack with SBS suite.

regarding IIS, cold-boot the server. and immediately apply the patch from the MS site for the Code Red worm.

besides, even if you do not have Code Red yet, applying the patch will prevent it, and any other intrusion through the system flaw, in the future. it is not like a service pack that you can live without unless you are using the service which requires the patch in the service pack.

this IIS patch is a must.
