I have to patch 50 servers with the MS Security patches. Windows update doesn't work. Does anyone know how or where to obtain a single package with the updates in?

Well you should be able to download the patches manually and then you could store them on a pc and point all the servers there to get the updates.
Another option would be to use some kind of patch managment system that will push out the patches for you and again it should only be one download per patch.

Your after they're the guys who created the security analyzer for MS and this tool goes to the next step and lets you roll out the patches to servers and clients, and is dirt cheap (about £10 per client/server).
