MS SchedulePlus Free-Busy Connector Keeps Stopping

Checking to see if any of you guys know why my

MS SchedulePlus Free-Busy Connector Service keeps stopping. Everytime I start it it will stay started for a second or two and then it stops again. Any Ideas? Please let me know.
