I use Publisher to collect a data from a number of, mainly, Excel files (graphs and numbers). When I open the Publisher file it insists on going through each and every link asking if I want to update the link. When you are using a number of different Publisher files, each with 20-30 links, this can be very time consuming, let alone frustrating.
I know there is a "blanket" opening message box asking this same question for the whole file, but nobody I know has managed to hit the "No" button fast enough to turn it off!
Is there any way out of this mess?
Alternatively, and/or additionally, is there a way to have more than one Publisher file open at the same time?
