MS Publisher 2000 Graphics Filter Problem

When I try and install MS Publisher 2000 on a Win XP SP2 machine I get a error message saying that it is missing the graphics filters. Publisher then closes. If you try and open it again, it does the same thing.

Can anyone help me?

Have you tried reinstalling Publisher? If not, do a custom install and make sure to select the graphics filters.
