MS Project Server 2002 VBscript 9430 error: Can't check in project!

I have a database which has only been up a week, has had only a few projects put into it via Microsoft Project Server 2002. In the process of cleaning out all projects but on last one when I try to check it in so I can delete it, I get a error box reading

"VBScript: Microsoft Project Web Access. Request status : 9430".

The project stays checked out and repeated attempts to check in the project get the same error box as listed above.

I have not been able to find ANYTHING related to this error anywhere on the web; PLEASE help!
